Instructions:
Test on swatch of fabric. Use 2 layers of light to medium -weight fabric, reinforced with interfacing. Work on lightly padded surface. 1.Mark position of snaps on overlap and underlap of garment. 2.On right side of garment overlap, push prong(A) into fabric at mark, turn over. TIP-Use pencil eraser to push fabric from wrong side onto prongs. 3.Position socket(B), raised center down, over prongs. 4.Center thread spool over socket, hammer firmly.(E) 5.Repeat for stud(C) and prong(D) on underlap of garment. Make sure stud is on outside of underlap and spool center hole is positioned over stud. Snaps can also be applied with Dritz #16P Pliers and #670/65 Tool Kit Instructions:

Instructions:
Mark position for snaps on lower and upper layers of fabric. Snap tools (A & B) and parts (a,b,c) fit together as shown. Insert tools (A & B into tool (C). TIP - if the area for the snap application cannot be reached, cut Tool C in half. Attach upper snap parts: a.snap cap(A) and socket (B)firmly into tools (A & B). b.Press fabric (right side up) evenly onto prongs. c.Lower tool C and use hammer to apply. Attach lower snap Parts: a.Snap cap (A) and stud(C)firmly into Tools (A & B). b.Press fabric (wrong side up) evenly onto prongs. c.Lower tool (c) and use hammer to apply. 4 size 16 Snaps and ToolInstructions:Test on swatch of fabric. Use 2 layers of light to medium -weight fabric, reinforced with interfacing. Mark position of snaps on overlap and underlap of garment. On right side of garment overlap, push prong into fabric at mark, turn over. TIP-Use pencil eraser to push fabric from wrong side onto prongs. Open both sections of tool. Place prong, point side up, and fabric in cup marked 15 or 16, according to size of snap. Lower middle section of tool over fabric and place socket raised center side down over fabric and prongs. Bring top down over socket. Pound with hammer several times on raised circle over snap. Repeat for stud and prong on underlap of garment. Make sure stud is on outside of underlap. Tool can be used to apply Dritz #15,#115,#16 and #116.
